今天偶然发现诺基亚5800香港版可以使用Nokia Software Updater更新，随即在第一时间更新了手机软件。此次固件更新主要是BUG修复和系统性能优化，将不会明显改变UI。
更新至 Firmware V31.0.101 后的感受：
1. 系统速度明显加快，浏览器更快更稳定，横纵屏转换加快
2. 地图软件升级至Ovi Map 3.1，并支持横屏显示
3. 图片与视频浏览器的BUG被修复
4. 仍然没有Widget Homescreen，仍然必须用滚动条来滚动
5. UI有少许变化，如拨号屏幕的数字键颜色变亮
以下是V31.0.101固件的官方(Update 12/9/2009: 这不是官方的说明，Nokia从来不会公布固件更新的ChangeLog)说明：
